Tech Enthusiast Uncovers Pastor Femi Lazarus' Mentorship Program Priced at ₦297,000, Shares Evidence from His Website

  •  A Google-certified Android developer has criticized the lead pastor of Light Nation Church, Apostle Femi Lazarus, over his remarks about fees charged by gospel ministers.
  • The founder of Femi Lazarus Ministries Ecumenical (FLAME) publicly expressed displeasure with the high fees gospel ministers and singers charge for their performances.
  • The techie shared screenshots from Pastor Femi's official website, which showed he charges 297,000 Nigerian Naira for his mentorship academy and to honor ministration invitations.

Iniobong Udoh, a UX expert and Google-certified Android developer, has criticized Apostle Femi Lazarus for alleged double standards in his criticism of gospel singers' performance fees. Udoh took to Facebook on March 24, 2025, to share screenshots from the preacher's official website, revealing the high costs associated with his mentorship academy and speaking engagements.

Udoh noted that while Lazarus was called to evangelize to lost souls, he charges $200 (equivalent to N297,000) for his mentorship program. The website also showed that the preacher requires his own flight and that of an additional person to be paid for if he is invited to give a sermon. Udoh slammed the pastor for not practicing what he preaches and urged him to reconsider his stance on other preachers' fees.

She states: "Femi Lazarus is a pastor who's called to evangelize to lost souls, but he charges for mentorship, and if you're inviting him for ministration, you don't just pay for his flight, but pay for an extra person to join him, yet he thinks he's in the position to call out gospel singers for changing for their talents. "Please, he should sit this one out and live by example."
